These qualifications give our customers more options and greater security for new installations and inspections of electrical equipment.
Púlsinn obtained certification from the Environment Agency of Iceland for the handling of F-gas refrigerants.
Púlsinn is now certified to carry out installation, repair, maintenance and servicing of F-gas refrigerant systems regardless of system size. All of Púlsinn's employees hold valid certification and we are pleased to be on the register of certified companies.
Púlsinn is an electrical and refrigeration service company owned by Birkir Guðni Guðnason, Bjarki Orrason and Kristinn Jónsson. Birkir is a mechanical engineer, master mechanic and electrician who has worked for Expert, the Federation of Electrical Trades, Fossraf, Jóhann Rönning and Frostmark. Bjarki is a mechanical engineer who has served as an engineer on Björgun's vessels and worked at Expert. Kristinn is a qualified mechanical engineer, master mechanic and electrician who has worked at Expert and for the works and utilities division of Árborg.
The three met while working together at Expert kæling for around eight years and all hold certified qualifications for handling F-gas refrigerants. “We have around ten years of experience with refrigeration and freezing systems and have installed many CO2 refrigeration and freezing systems, for example for Nettó and Lýsi. We have also installed larger refrigeration and freezing systems in kitchens and warehouses,” they told Dagskráin.
At Púlsinn there is always a technician on call who can respond before food is damaged.
